Applied Programming Technology, Inc. (APT), is a software development company established in 2000 and based in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

APT has also authored several utility applications including AptPlot, a Free Pure-Java WYSIWYG 2D plotting tool designed for creating production quality plots of numerical data and performing data analysis.
